Shipping policy

Where we ship

Tee Noir currently ships within South Africa only. We deliver to all nine provinces. International shipping is not available for now.

Shipping rate

R150 flat rate, nationwide. One rate on every order, to every province, regardless of order value or how many pieces you buy.

Courier

All orders are sent with The Courier Guy on a tracked, door-to-door service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Deliveries are made on business days between 08:00 and 17:00. Someone needs to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 14:00, or over a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

Once collected by the courier, expect delivery in:

Main centres — 1–3 business days (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein and surrounds)
Regional and outlying areas — 3–5 business days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Remote addresses, load shedding, weather and peak periods can add time.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can only change an address before an order is dispatched — email us as soon as possible if something is wrong. Re-delivery to a corrected address after a failed delivery may be charged again.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking number when it ships. If your tracking has not updated in two business days, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before doing anything else, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a parcel goes missing in transit, we will lodge a claim with the courier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
